I will condemn political violence, and wholeheartedly believe virtually no *individual* is a deserving recipient.
Indeed, political violence and a free society are not compatible.

But there are no contradictions, to believe otherwise is willful ignorance.

I've long contemplated the exodus allegories here,
the idea that we all have to wander the desert for 40 years so those too rigid in their ways cannot enter a new era.
Unfortunately, society and the environment don't have the ability to weather 40 more years without catastrophe.

I applaud it & it's general origins in the current context (Bernie Sanders, AOC, et al.). But for those adjacent or actually part of government structure at any point, it was undeniably enabled by them [too].

It really needs substance, otherwise it's just the new buzz marketing terms in politics.
