Product. Not the hair kind. Tools. Not the steel kind. Beats. Not the root kind.
My Milkshake brings absolutely no boys to the yard, and they're like "Bro, wtf?", and i'm like "You can taste it, but i have to charge – quite a bit actually, cos it's hella labour intensive"

This has been true for a long time. Few hours of our day are spent doing our most valuable, high impact work.

I wonder if we’ll find that the people who built their careers on excelling at the 95% aren’t necessarily the best for the 5% that now matters.

America: we must end TikTok, because it’s spyware for our existential enemy, China

Also, America: OMG this new app is so fire, you gotta get it

Really impressed by Nicki Glazer’s ability to play the full gamut of comedic roles, from brutal comedic assassin (Roast of Tom Brady) to spicy but relatable hostess (Golden Globes). Few can do that convincingly.

I’ve been playing Cyberpunk 2077 for the first time.

The incredible world and lore they built really hits different in 2025 with all the AGI, Sex Robots, the ascension of Anduril.

It’s absolutely wild that you can get a handheld gaming PC console capable of running the latest AAA games on reasonable settings for $480.

For the nerdy elder millennials among us, this is the promised land we longed for in our youth.

With all the hype, fear, uncertainty about AI in the last few months, we’d do well to think like Bezos:

Was thinking how good kids have it with games today, then checked what the top sellers were when I was 13.

Damn. I had it pretty good too. These were all bangers back in 1994

I know subscription fatigue is real, but this has got to be one of the more interesting subscription bundles out there at the moment.

Cannot compute. Clearly, I’m running on old hardware.

“In benchmark tests, Willow solved a standard computation in <5 mins that would take a leading supercomputer over 10^25 years, far beyond the age of the universe(!)”

Mixed feelings about this. I spent most of my life undiagnosed, struggling with ADHD-driven anxiety, beating myself up over my inability of my brain to be “normal.” At the same time, too many people are self-diagnosing based on relatable content served by an opaque algorithm.

Last night: final junior school assessment for the youngest son. Today: 16th birthday party for my eldest son.

Childhood feels like an eternity as a kid, but it absolutely flies by as a parent.
