I too would love to learn more about DLD in a multilingual context ! If helpful, what we do know about local services, we placed under the section 'What supports are available for children with DLD in Singapore'

We find:
-International studies indicate DLD to be at risk of lower academic and socio-emotional outcomes

-Local information on where support for DLD can be found in preschool and primary school ages

-Many helping hands are needed for a brighter future for DLD

The term DLD can be found in local and international diagnostic guidelines. In brief, DLD is a disorder characterised by a persistent difficulty in the use of oral language, that are not explained by other biomedical conditions, and are significant enough to pose challenges.
