Good start! I think we should go further. All government software should be open source (minus security exceptions)

If your tax dollars paid for it, you should be able to get a copy!
The VA project I am currently working does this. Most of the site is public on GH!

Spent time a while back redoing my site. The focus was accessibility. I battled the harsh reality that making an interactive website fully accessible is a major feat. It's a fun console giving me an outlet for easter eggs and I'm proud that it works with screen readers!
