Unfortunately I think I will be stuck with the majority fantasy aspect. I like to believe I can handle a little of the reality stuff.

I think when it comes to that kind of stuff as well it may be a case that many people like the fantasy or the in the moment situation until the problematic and realism side of it gets in the way.

I think the health problems associated it can not only deter, but activates the empathetic part of us
