Not on the ballot yet. Currently in the signature collection phase. Also, it will be based on 2025 assets, so moving after the fact won't protect the billionaires from being taxed. calmatters.org/health/2025/...

This ruling has no impact on the implementation of Prop 50 in California. The language making it contingent on TX was removed before it went to the voters. CA will have a new map regardless, so it would have been better if the TX redistricting plan had been blocked.
