In 8th grade biology, teacher asked what we had for breakfast. My answer- shoofly pie and peaches. No one knew it, teacher thought I made it up, called mom.
My grandparents lived in Reading and my GM made and brought us shoofly pie every time she visited. It is a Christmas morning must have.

Thank you for creating this! As a semi-retired GIS professional it’s nice to see so many women involved these days. What a refreshing change.
