He probably figures (correctly) if he stands up to Trump he'll fire him and replace him with Aileen Cannon. :p But that's no excuse. His legacy is residing over the complete destruction of the integrity of the Court and making it clear to everyone that the partisan hacks are in control.

LAPD clearly has problems. Many years ago I was in Santa Monica across from a supermarket and watched 5-6 cops all pile on an unarmed and harmless looking homeless guy. It was clearly excessive use of force. But it was before the days of taking videos of things like that on a cell phone.

I already cancelled my US Prime, AMC+, and Amazon Music over the cancelled endorsement of Kamala. I guess losing $30/month wasn't enough. And I told them that was why when I canceled Prime.

That sounds like they're getting dangerously close to getting me to cancel my subscription. :p And that goes for any newspaper who thinks obeying in advance is a good idea.
