I feel like a really good investment to make in this day and age is in heirloom seeds. Fruit, veg, herbs, medicinal plants. Time to get planting, no matter how small your garden is. Every bare patch of soil is an opportunity to grow food.

A member of my family chose to exit my life recently after I finally stood up for myself. And honestly, I'm relieved. No more walking on eggshells, and I'm finally free to talk about ALL of my life experience, and to not hide any of it. I've never felt so calm.
