The court service was hit pretty hard by the lack of funding following the crash. They lost a huge chunk of registrars to retirement who are only now being replaced. They've only just updated their IT and to top it off there aren't enough physical courts, or judges. Plus court offices were gutted.

Where theres already a station box of sorts built which means theyll have the least amount of disruption compared to other areas seeing the same work. They ACP Subs are illuminating. They've used a picture from 60s London works to show cut and cover technics.

Seems to be similar to the Luas fingals JR, two business who just wanted cash to go away. The conclusion of the residents groups submissions appear to speak for themselves in this case.
