Butternut squash risotto thanksgiving. It’s been a difficult one. We’re vegan and I’ve developed some food sensitivities to gluten and soy, so not many options. But it came out great and I’m super proud of my first time cooking risotto! 💕

I had my first lion dance performance over the weekend! I’ve always wanted to be a puppeteer so joining my kung fu schools lion dance team was kind of a dream come true. It was physically demanding and took months of training, but I had so much fun! 🦁

I’ve been looking for a cat to adopt and I’ve been visiting the cat cafe a lot 💕 I still deeply miss my little guy who passed away so it’s been bitter sweet.
