Keating was the first Australian prime minister to publicly acknowledge colonisation consequences.
I think the plea of empathy is a good reminder for us all in today’s world. A bit more humanity would go a long way.

Celebrated my 🇵🇸 dad’s migrant success story last night, 20yrs of business. (the theme was ‘hats’, I’m not off to a protest 😂) English is his 3rd language, but he did it. Self-made millionaire. And gives SO much back to others- it’s inspiring.
But apparently migrants are useless 🤷🏽♀️.

- the protest group was the anti-Zionist Jewish community protesting a political pro-Israel panel held in their synagogue, remaining 10 metres away.
- they had to scrap it due to multiple violent threats by Zionist groups.
