Vineyard and brewery tour today. Apparently, 140 vineyards in Sussex! First stop - Bluebird Vineyard. Had a lovely sparkling Ruby- Merlot grape.

Had a fun day out today at the seaside with my GF's other GF. Yes, we get on! We went to Margate, had a swim in the Walpole tidal lido, before heading to the Shell Grotto -

40 years ago today, my dad, his 2 friends, and myself had got to Wembley. We found a good spot - about 1/4 of the way back from the stage - and settled down to wait for the music to start. It was a hot day, and the atmosphere was already building for the Global Jukebox. Miss you, dad ❤️

Went to a pottery class last night in Manchester. One off class to make a clay mug. Think mine is possibly too big to be a mug, and I failed with the handle. Of course, I went with skulls for decoration! Gonna be red dip glazed before firing. Can't wait to see the end result.

I cooked this tonight. Although it looks like a large testicle - it isn't. Its pork loin marinated in dark & light soy, ginger, hoisin sauce, spring onions, and Jersey Black Butter Sauce because I ran out of hoisin. 90 minutes in the airfryer. Delicious with some sticky rice.
