Ended up adding Taco seasoning and then added a can of Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles to it

Ended up using some of the leftover Mac & Cheese from #Thanksgiving for a leftover Bake

Got a Winter Storm warning yesterday and the first amounts of snow today...
Started snowing even before i woke up until early night - and quite a lot - not too thrilled at that (more so of the freezing cold than the snow)
