i grabbed my bag and told my manager "i have to go home im literally ill" he just said "ok" and i had to have my wife pick me up. and just now i was fired over text by my manager for "how i acted up yesterday."

he literally looked away and kept working. IT IS REQUIRED BY LAW IF A EMPLOYEE IS SICK ON THE JOB THAT THEY MUST RETURN HOME AND HE KEPT ME THERE. then it hit again this time the urge was so bad i had to RUN to the bathroom and i once again puked. so i was done i felt sick like shit.

my manager just told me one worker called off sick and the others werent coming till CLOSING. i was beyond pissed but kept working. at one point that sickness came through and i ran to the bathroom and i puked. i didnt say anything because i thought maybe it was just my anxiety spikeing.

MY COWORKERS WERE NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. and to make this day worse i was: unmedicated again, feeling incredibly sick, and was requried to work. i went in instantly started working anxiety sky high doing everything i could. i was being yelled at by customers and everything was overwhelming.

MY COWORKERS WERE NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. and to make this day worse i was: unmedicated again, feeling incredibly sick, and was requried to work. i went in instantly started working anxiety sky high doing everything i could. i was being yelled at by customers and everything was overwhelming.
so now the biggest reason this company is a joke and so are the employees. yesterday was black friday. and i was suppoused to work it all day with everyone on the staff team. so i show up to work and theres people everywhere and all i see was my MANAGER.

so he disrespected my identity despite saying he wanted to be nice and no it wasnt forgetfulness because i kindly reminded him if he messed up and he ignored me. he called me my dead name and dead pronouns. my coworkers did the same.

overall he was understanding and didnt say much and wanted me to be comfortable which was nice at the time. we also discussed my mental health and that he would allow me to do things that wouldnt overwhelm me which also seems nice. until it wasnt.

i act a lot different unmedicated because those meds help treat (not cure) some very serious mental health disorders. I had a coworker that day who tried: getting me off meds and to do weed instead, admitted he sold weed to minors years ago, and also said he knew his drug dealer could get me meds

these werent just your internet "im gonna k!ll myself" or "sweet home alabama" jokes either. they were pure disgust. they made jokes that offended me even but i brushed it off. now one day i came to work unmedicated because i was out of them before i got a doctor to refill them.

i was told they quit because they didnt like my manager telling them what to do. i can 100% say that is false and you'll see why. most of my coworkers all made jokes that were disrespectful and disgusting. they joked about death, suicide, alcholism, drugs, and even incest in front of customers.

they were literally committing fraud and i had to have my bank force close my card to stop the charges and eventually was given my money back.

so before i got the money back they had an AUTOMATIC payment for that series S going to my bank account and they charged me over 1000$. when i called they kept saying they saw nothing on there end and hung up several times when the charge in my bank had indeed said from gamestop.

i told them both there website and shipper said otherwise and it showed i can get a refund as long as it wasnt shipped and it wasnt. there customer service battled with me for days with this until eventually one worker caved and just said file a claim with your bank and so i did.

i decided whatever ill refund it and go buy one myself at the store itself. so i did that. when i tried to refund i couldnt so i called and the people on the phone kept telling me since i ordered it and its been "processed" i cant get a refund iand we'll have to wait and return it

so anyways this year in the beginning of september before i moved i bought a same day delivery Xbox Series S that was 330$ dollars from my local gamestop. it never showed up. i was told i placed it under ship to home (i did not) so whatever i waited the three days. it still never showed up.

so one thing thats awful and i think 90% people have this issue with gamestop is there trading. you could walk in with a brand new pristine nintendo switch 2 with 2 extra joycon sets with 10 games and they will give you 100 maybe 150$ tops. my dad traded there a lot and i never understood why he did

the employees slowly starting becoming meaner over the years and started to be the "ill be nice so you leave me alone" type people. they werent really nice to me much when i visited.
