Half a century on the planet and I don't feel particularly wise. Or even that old, unless my knee or shoulder decides it hates me.

Spent months working on a spare bedroom that really should have only taken a few weeks. But I was busy procrastinating. Now onto my next winter project.

As with most folks in tech, we are now required to use AI in our jobs. Not to make our lives easier but to increase our output.

I can't say I adore being in tech, but I am going to miss the days where we were given some autonomy with our work.
