Counterpoint: they are good at maximizing their personal profits via deliberate destruction of the public good and rapacious plunder for their own gain.

These are all very obvious observations and consequences for the policy heading this dumb administration (and its supporters) are taking.

My flight in from London was totally empty, btw. I struck up a chat with a Heathrow worker (literally the terminal was empty!) who told me that between Trump visa threats, the Natl Guard, and shutdown, tourists have canceled all US plans in numbers he'd never seen before.
