What I like about the story (and Le Guin's original) is that every reader finds something different in it. I do love that it engages readers so well.

Fascinating article! This kind of account is something JMS should really have included in TLDV. (What's the phrase? They also serve, who only stand and wait...)

It would be great to see the Pangborn, Piserchia, Zoline, and Buck stories, even if they turned out to be sub-par or dated.
