Whilst you might be right, everyone who works in tech does kind of go “yeah someone fucked up again”.

Hostile actions certainly happen. General fuck ups happen more. Just often it’s not catastrophically bad. Till it is.

The human capacity for fucking up accidentally is unlimited.
