making salt and vinegar roast potatoes for dinner and i am once again praising how easy and delicious salt and vinegar roast potatoes are!! make them!!! like instead of par-boiling your potatoes in cold water, like 7/8 white vinegar and 1/8 cold water and some salt! then you know, just continue as
