In December 2022, I received the following email:
A screenshot of an email stating the following: "Happy Holidays from NCP. We hope this note finds you well as we get ready to start a new year. It's been a few months since we last touched base and we wanted to give you a quick update. As we previously discussed, NCP is still very much committed to ensuring all our panel members feel valued, represented and seen. We are targeting the end of first quarter of 2023 to implement some of the changes we had previously discussed, including removing the Salutations field from the "My Account" section of the panel member site. We are also continuing dialogs with both our parent companies to ensure proper representation for all through other facets of panel membership. We will reach out again sometime in the early New Year. In the meantime, all the best to you for the Holidays."

Seriously, though, look at the shiny new TV that I now get to watch things on! They already replaced the PTAC earlier this year, so I have great heat and AC, and they gave me a head's up that I should be getting a new microwave by the end of the year if I'm still here (which seems very likely).
