A lot of people with PID also end up with autoimmune diseases and cancer as well. I believe the theory is that the immune system gets confused? That’s what made me wonder - are immune deficiencies and autoimmune diseases really that different or are they variations on a theme?

My office used an interior designer & got terrible chairs. I held on to my old ergo chair, but boss took it away. "Things must match." I got an ergo eval & formal rec for a new expensive chair. Then shared with every other short person in the office. Cost them a fortune to take my chair away.
