Bah! I often commute from Ben Rhydding to Frizinghall. Did not think advance tickets were available on the line (never an option). Turns out buying the ticket either onto Bradford Forster Square, or alternatively, from Ilkley station, gives advance fares saving > 50%. Bloody Northern Rail!

Bradford council are one of those still spraying glyphosate liberally across kids parks and green spaces. This despite declaring a biodiversity emergency in 2023 & some strong campaigning, mainly by green councillors. Time to stop!!
