Ginger bug is destined to become cherry soda.
The last time I fermented in this house I frequently let the secondary fermentation go too long and my kombucha stained the kitchen ceiling which I still haven’t been able to scrub out despite multiple attempts.

I like to take a med break from my Adderall during the holidays. It’s a nice physical reset. However, my hyper-fixation and procrastination left me unable to focus for the last ten days… Hoping to regain focus tomorrow as hubs hung the window treatments that I could not stop thinking about. 😬

On days like today I love to watch ‘slow tv’. We watched this one last year and I’m hoping to have it playing for a portion of the day tomorrow… youtu.be/8M08HAEiAyQ?...
#physicaltherapy #medsky homies… I think I have dancer’s hip and/or gluteal tendinitis. I’ve been in/out of PT for years and it helps my pain (other issues like spinal stenosis, blah blah), but my right hip is getting downright stubborn no matter what I do to provide relief. Would imaging help?
