Did it and went up in weight over last week, secret forbidden tech unlocked. Do not recommend, felt like I was dying the entire time but I do legitimately feel better now (aside from typical soreness)

Unfortunately I am getting so annoyed and my patience reserves are so tapped that not only do I get pissed at the sound of a certain coworker's voice, but I read their written correspondence in their voice and THAT pisses me off. Sometimes being a natural born hater is a burden.

I'm trying to focus but two loud, slow taking, tech illiterate co-workers are both arguing incorrect points about a problem they mutually caused by not understanding basic files and being too ignorant to look anything up or try to learn.

I'm using weightlifting as a way to burn off this anger. So now I can't lift my arms over my head and I made a pastrami burger with homemade buns and fries to numb the pain

Abolish ICE, prosecute and imprison its leaders, impeach and remove the President from office. This is the only sane reaction to a group of armed men kidnapping and gunning down our neighbors in the street.
As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today.
ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE.
