Play, presence & nervous system regulation
Creating calm, intentional tools for little hands

Hi, I’m Jenna 🤍

I’m a mom of three and an early childhood educator who believes play is not extra, it’s essential. I care deeply about nervous system regulation, slow childhoods, and helping kids (and parents) find calm in a loud world.
Co-regulation isn’t about fixing emotions or rushing calm. It’s about staying present, holding space, and modeling steadiness. Whether in parenting or leadership, people grow best when they feel safe, not controlled.

Co-regulation doesn’t mean:
❌ fixing every emotion
❌ stopping the tears
❌ rushing the calm

It means:
✔ staying close
✔ holding space
✔ showing them what calm looks like

You’re not raising a child who “behaves.”
You’re raising a human who feels safe.

Regulation is a skill, not a behavior problem.

When we give children tools that meet their nervous system needs, we set them up for confidence, calm, and connection.

A reminder for parents today

Children don’t melt down because they’re “bad.”

They melt down because their nervous system is overwhelmed.

Regulation always comes before reasoning.

Always.

Your calm is contagious.
So is your stress.
Choose support.

I wish more people understood that “doing less” with kids often leads to more growth.

NEVER underestimate a person who practices self education in their free time
I’m talking about the kind of “free time” that happens late at night when the house is finally quiet, in the car line or while folding laundry Not hours of luxury just pockets of intention. This is how lives quietly change.

I create simple, intentional play tools because I couldn’t find what I needed, things that support regulation without overstimulation. This space is for thoughtful conversations about motherhood, play-based learning, and building a life rooted in presence.

Things I had to unlearn as a mom:

• Busy ≠ better
• Quiet ≠ bored
• Calm ≠ lazy

Slower has been healthier for all of us.

Learning through play just got more colorful! 🎨

Our sensory bottles help children develop focus, visual tracking, and emotional regulation, all while having fun.
