Spirit #3, a Tequila Añejo, from 3 Amigos. Snagged this one as we love the Blanco and Café from the distillery. This one has an unfortunate strong mineral finish, that is somewhat more tolerable after breathing and a bit of ice. Not the best, but decent at the price point.

Spirit #3, a Tequila Añejo, from 3 Amigos. Snagged this one as we love the Blanco and Café from the distillery. This one has an unfortunate strong mineral finish, that is somewhat more tolerable after breathing and a bit of ice. Not the best, but decent at the price point.
Spirit #2, a Tequila Blanco, Casamigos. Interestingly birthday caked on the nose, but unfortunately oily. At the price point per 750ml, there are more pleasant Tequilas. Not a sipping one, may be better received in a margarita or other cocktail.

Sometimes we taste test on Sundays. I've been curious about this gin for a while, but didn't want to commit to a whole bottle. Verdict is A grade.
I would drink this neat, with a drop of water or small cracked ice.
