It’s disheartening that I contacted my rep twice to ask him to vote no. He is one of the fat white men who voted for it.

I called and left a message. I also used your words in an email to my State Senator: “I write to beg you to vote NO on redrawing the maps for 2026. Doing so is not democracy - that’s cheating. You know it, which is why you’re hesitating. Do the right thing.”
