It does! And it's scary because it's different and there's all these complicated things that get tied up in keeping things the way they are. But ultimately I think it's the only way--no matter how much one may want to avoid doing the thing. Thank you for your kind words always sab 💛

Honestly I also found success in charging my phone outside the room! You might need to get a dedicated alarm clock but that helps a ton as well! Best of luck in finding/making more spaces to create offline 💛

The mindset stuff is a constant work in progress for me 😅 But the couch hobbues honestly sounds like such a smart strat! Accommodating the minds/bodies we do have instead of trying to force ourselves to perform like other people is so important. 🫂 You are such a big inspiration to me too💛
