The background reminds me of something you'd see in old fantasy novels when the heroes have stopped for the night. It's so big and the character so small in comparison to the rocks. Love it so much.

Damn you were directly involved in legislative work and didn't learn that the senate minority leader has massive influence over which party members break ranks? You seriously worked on this stuff and can't recognize when they send out retiring senators / 2030 reelection ones to hope you forget????

You cannot actually believe that. You cannot be so naive to believe they the democratic majority leader of the senate doesn't have massive control over how his party votes.
Also the DNC is an election apparatus and has nothing to do with Congress itself.

I found them a lot better on a rewatch since it feels like a lot were greenlit to break up the otherwise relentlessly depressing / serious Dominion War arcs.
