That's something that I realized while drawing it, definitely took some inspiration from takins for the basic color concept. Big fan of the fact that the closest relative of takins may be Myotragus based on some papers looking at the DNA of caprines.

Yeah, holocephalians are way weirder than people give them credit for, I'd say that they're probably more morphologically diverse than sharks over geologic time. There are way more that a could do.
