1) So... #AGDQ2026. Another unbelievable week. This time, I went in feeling a lot more tense and unsure, due to stepping way outside of my comfort zone as a volunteer and talent show participant. Especially regarding being a host, I had NO idea if I was ready. But I knew it'd be another banger.

January was the type of month where I wonder if, like, all of my 2026 go-gettin' and productivity will be crammed purely in the first month - it had a whole year worth of stuff in it! AGDQ, Diminish Q&A, Baseball Sim 1.000 WRs, NES Joust renaissance, and more. I want to try to keep this vibe going.

I made a really bad mistake to start my second hosting shift, but luckily kept things smooth through cj’s awesome FFT run. I can’t thank my host coordinators enough for how impossibly amazing they were throughout this entire experience. Shoutouts to everyone behind the scenes. Summary post to come!

My very first hosting shift went incredibly well on my end. I really feel for my runner because some tough stuff happened to him in the run, but it was still a brilliant run to me, and he and his couch were spectacular. My next shift will be Saturday morning with Final Fantasy Tactics!
