No, but that doesn't stop them. The courts have basically declared that illegal alien detainees are not protected by the constitution: harvardlawreview.org/print/vol-13... It's a fucked up situation, and sadly, prisoner rights are low down the Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Very unlikely to change.

Yep. So many people don't realize that the 13th specifically allows for this. It's why back before the Civil Rights movement, there were so many "Jim Crow Laws" that made a lot of things illegal for minorities. Continued to bring slave labor to the state, while we claimed we "abolished" slavery. 🙄

Unfortunately, according to the constitution, it's legal. 13th Amendment, Section 1: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

Honestly, I was shocked Hasbro didn't just try to buy Roll20 or one of the other VTTs, like they did D&D Beyond. This project made barely any sense from the beginning, especially starting with a 3D VTT. Immediately limited their customer scope, as 2D VTTs are easy to run on shit hardware.

Yeah, I can get that. Don't even have RA and acoustic is rough. I definitely much prefer my electric. Though @zenivinez.bsky.social has a really amazing acoustic electric that plays like an electric guitar, but works just fine as an acoustic. I'll let him chime in here and link it. I want one soon 🤣

Think it’s been about 3 years now? I’ve got a dirt cheap Indian Squire Strat that currently has a poor attempt at the start of sticker-bombing it, and a Schecter Hellraiser C-1 FR-S that I got from guitar center at half price because it was “damaged”. 1mm paint chip on the tail 🤣
