Added a new book to my own personal NVC library: Nonviolent Communication 3 in 1 by Emma Leigh Weber
Read half of it; through to Chapter 3 of Section 2... I’m really enjoying how this one’s written.
Everything’s clear, concise and very forward. Would be an easy study book with simple note-taking.

Shame me for not having a job. It wasn’t exactly my choice and now the hoops for employment aren’t exactly mine to jump through as I’ve got a court appointed legal guardian and payee... all taxable earnings must go through them.

A recent ICD-11 update named Gaming Addiction and Smartphone Addiction while an analysis of prevalence indicates so many of us are already stuck in those addictions and their world-scale, immediate availability is… thought-provoking.

The NVC packet I downloaded ~6 years ago contained something like this in a long PDF document about feeling, needs, faux feelings and such… I just got an email from The Empathy Set which contained this image and found it important enough to share.
Faux feelings are judgments disguised as feelings.
