As a secular person I don't personally venerate any official Saints but what about a practice of reflecting on the concept of sainthood at its best and then trying follow in those hypothetical footsteps? Could that be a path to living well?

Go for the low-hanging fruit, the stuff that falls right into your hand, already ripe.

True presence is both incredibly important to human flourishing and nearly impossible to achieve online.
