Someone wrote "These are the times that try mens' souls" before. That ended up turning out OK, also.

Trump doesn't keep his airing of grievances to a single day.

A toast back to you, not least of which is for the your wonderful appearance with Jon Stewart and Alan Guelzo. One of the most thought provoking discussions I have heard in a long time.

On top of all that, it's so freakin' childish. He's an embarassment to this nation.

Perhaps because his movements were based on those of Bela (Dracula) Lugosi.

It was about the shift in the overall electorate fueled by growing economic insecurity. People vote with their wallets more than a position on any other single issue. Trump's economy continues to get weaker and he and his incompetent administration have no idea how to reverse the trend.

Since you are far more knowledgable about history than I am, can you think of anyone from history (American or otherwise) who was so pathetically insecure and emotionally fragile?

The character of Dracula was only the figurehead of the story. Louise Albritton's Kay was the straw that stirred the drink. She played Dracula for a sucker, getting him to give her immortality only so she would share it with Frank. Delightfully creepy atmosphere.

Chaney hit this one out of the park. He runs the gamut from happy-go-lucky on the ride to Talbot castle to scared and miserable at the end. The supporting cast were all totally solid. Not a bad performance in the bunch.
