Quite the gap between theory and practice: while German federal states, armed forces and French gendarmerie rely on #OpenSource because they have understood that #digitalSovereignty is only achievable with open technology, the closing declaration for tomorrow‘s #DigitalSummit treats OS like a hobby.

Hat jemand einen Tipp, welche geschlechtsneutrale Anrede ich für eine Behörde verwenden kann, wo ich weder "Sehr geehrtes Team" noch "Mitarbeiter*innen" oder "Kolleg*innen" für angemessen halte? "Guten Tag" halte ich auch für zu unförmlich. Vielleicht habe ich mich etwas in die Ecke manövriert.
