Tuve esta charla con la nutricionista. Estoy lejos de esa barrera aún (felicitaciones!), tengo que bajar más de 20 kilos para estar donde estás vos. Me dijo que para pasar esa barrera hay que darle un "shock" al organismo cambiando algo de la alimentación. Recomiendo consulta, nunca mandarse solo.
