@anaisberthier.bsky.social reminds Ms Manfredi that the onus shouldn’t be on NGOs to manage ocean health. As the guardian of the treaties the @ec.europa.eu has the legal obligation to make sure EU laws are followed & the moral duty to protect #OurOcean for generations to come. 🤗🌊🌍 #EUOceanWeek
