And it’s of course also very easy for me to criticize from my computer chair while not releasing free software that helps the community. Really do love MultiQC and will continue to! (With the AI turned off 😉)

I certainly appreciate the ability to remove it. I just have a hard time imagining that the general user base of MultiQC will gain much insight from an AI generated text box telling them there is adapter contamination in their Illumina reads. Thanks for the response!

Sorry, not trying to be rude, but did anyone express a desire for this functionality? I know I'm not alone in being tired of having AI summaries shoved in my face.
