I think what you miss is that we can simply classify tall women as men and ban them from competing.
You might think that absurd but sport already does this for women with a 5α-Reductase 2 deficiency.

We're also reminded that Ikey Solomon's supposed criminal empire included a string of brothels. Which leads us back to Dickens again.
Ikey is thought to have been the inspiration for Fagin.

The introduction of 'Prostitution & Prejudice' may help, the pre-1870 period is discussed including prosecutions of Jewish brothels and the Chief Rabbi with the London Society for the Protection of Young Girls in 1837 (one source is Michael Ryan's 'Prostitution in London', 1839, pp136 - 144).

Edward J Bristow. ‘Prostitution & Prejudice’ deals specifically with the Jewish community and vice, but later 1870 - 1939.
His ‘Vice and Vigilance’ covers the period from 1700, but doesn’t have the focus on the Jewish community (I’ve not consulted a copy, so have no idea as to the contents).

Just a 4 more seats for Labour in the 1951 election or even the error of calling the 1951 election was not made at all. *sigh*

If Brexit hadn’t happened UK GDP would be larger. If our economy had grown, there would be less need for increased taxes as tax revenue would have grown as a function of economic growth. It’s just a straightforward statement of fact, as much as it is anything else.
