Listening to Patrick McMahon at CT Main Street Center's TOD event describe the redevelopment of Windsor Center is making me homesick. To know Windsor Center is to love it - a real community that takes care of each other.

There's a full house for today's Housing Committee public hearing. The agenda is a full one - 26 bills. There's a big turnout for HB 6889 which would expand just cause eviction protections.

It's great to see Senator Looney and Senator Duff advocating for bold change to our housing policies. They are such effective communicators about the economic, social, and moral reasons to create a state of housing abundance.
