Over the last year, the SEACHANGE team, led by Dr Luke Holman have been working on the publication of a themed issue in the journal Philosophical Transactions entitled “Shifting Seas: Understanding Deep-Time Human Impacts on Marine Ecosystems".

A couple of years ago we were beginning to see exciting interdisciplinary datasets coming out of @erc.europa.eu 🌍 @seachange-erc.bsky.social 🌊. It was amazing to begin to understand the complex dance of climate 🌡️, humans 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️, and marine biodiversity 🐟🪸 across centuries! ⏳✨

The recent SEACHANGE annual meeting in Cornwall was a great success. The past year's work and achievements were reviewed and a plan made for the next year of work. It was great for everyone to catch up in person in the stunning location on the the North Cornish coast.
