2010 I had a big lump on my right nut, had it checked out, ultrasound etc, found out it was a hydrocele. They said no intervention needed. Kept getting bigger, had it checked again in 2024, ended up having surgery twice. I was lucky, see your doc if you have concerns about any lumps or bumps!
