One of my favorite San Diego Breweries, Eppig, is having an anniversary — #9 — soon, and they are celebrating on November 16th. They are also releasing a new lager based on an 1866 recipe!

I tried to make a "French" omelet per a recent video that Tim Ferris recommended. It was definitely more fluffy, but I couldn't keep it all together as a single unit. I probably added too many extras, but they're what make omelets taste good, right?

Out for a lunch time run and a snapped a photo of the construction progress on the upgrades to NIWC Pacific's Transducer Evaluation Center (TRANSDEC) code.google.com/archive/p/se... The old center structure and bridge has been moved and is being dismantled.
