I have found the Mood Meter to be helpful. I can't usually find the feeling word, but I can rate my energy & pleasantness. It allows me to self-assess without getting bogged down in too many words.

Supplemental O2 can interfere w good mask seal.
*Severe* sensory challenges may limit ability to tolerate mask.

Sparking a fight over iReady & etc is not the convo to have before the election, imo. Revealing EdTech as money funnels started in the hood, to "respond" to & entrench poor learning by siphoning $ and then using it as a pivot for city-wide roll-outs is way too deep. 🤞, decade teaching in D19.

I personally am not finding crushing throngs of unmasked people fun, but remember the good vibes. I think the cognitive distortion here is either/or type shit. Unless the route specifically fucks up someone's regular community support work? 🤐.
