If it's inevitable that they continue to suck, they can continue to suck with one more angry voicemail clogging up their inboxes and I get some catharsis to keep me going for more meaningful fights. The pushback is still worthwhile.

They still record your call - it's still taking up SOME attention and time for them. Putting even a tiny bit of friction into their evil seems worth it, to me - plus, getting in the habit is good practice for you, long-term.
