I do, however, wish the comic had been able to keep its original name from when it was just a webcomic: Heavenly Nostrils. When it got picked up for syndication they told Dana they would not run it with that name, and that is such a shame. I think the name Heavenly Nostrils was very fitting.

This is what it looked like earlier when I was holding orders for two customers who paid online earlier in the week and picked them up today.

I am still considering it a pilot, and may choose to not sell certain books online or discontinue it altogether. It might end up being more trouble then it's worth, but I'm willing to give it a shot 😅

I've done this a few times for a couple other customers, so now that I feel confident that I can make it work, I want to make this offer available to everyone.

Once I receive payment, I will bag up the order and place it in the cabinet behind the desk with your name on it. There it will stay until you come in to pick it up.

If I post a book and you decide you gotta have it, shoot me a message or e-mail and tell me which ones. During store hours, I can put together an order for you and send you a payment link.

While I do not yet have a good way to track what stock I do have in order to have an online store, I have been figuring out how to generate links to sell books to customers via messenger. I hadn't wanted to make this a thing until I had a good system in place, and I think I have it figured out.

Bookwise I'll probably just have a selection of local authors available and probably the Christmas cart, but mostly I will be there doing BUTTONS. I'll have my button machines, a selection of buttons from @trashcanbuttons.bsky.social , and supplies for people to make their own!
