Ellie, revisiting this thread because after 11 months, my nesting containers have picked up so many odors (onions and garlic) that I cannot get rid of, that many of them have become unusable. The food I put in them tasted like silicone infused onion - so icky and chemicalish. Back to glass for me!

My bestie got her teaching Master’s at 48 after re-entering the workforce with a 15 year absence for parenting. Another friend is now a LISCW, her kiddos just left for college. I changed careers at 51. Totally doable. Two more friends became RNs in mid-forties. Totally doable.
