Not necessarily. I feel like an older experienced coach like a Mora more likely to stay longer than some up and comer first time HC. Shephard will probably be 2 seasons at most at OSU.

To me feels like a temp hire if he’s any good he’ll just be gone in a year or two. Or he’ll be terrible like Bray as a first time HC. I think they needed someone older with established HC experience to right the ship.

Wilcox is the most overrated coach. Look at his record, lol. However if you ask Wilner, he’s the best coach in Cal history.
